C9 Chocolate and Gelato Beecroft

Ordered 2 scoops, 1 white chocolate and 1 Ferraro Roche. The white chocolate was ok but the Ferraro Roche ice cream was very sour and tasted like the cream they used had expired. All family members agreed it was “off”. We will not go there again. My son was very disappointed he did not enjoy his ice cream.

Visited on Friday 16/01/2026 around 8:30pm. Ordered a $10 milkshake (Biscoff) and it was extremely watery, almost like cold milk. This is not about flavour – it’s about consistency. A milkshake at this price should be thick, cold, and ice-cream dominant. I went back to explain the issue, but staff misunderstood and thought the problem was that it wasn’t sweet enough. I clearly explained it was about texture, not taste. They remade it and I ordered tiramisu instead. Staff mentioned their recipe uses 2 scoops of ice cream, but the scoops were very small and the final drink was still runny. After two attempts, the milkshake was still watery. For $10, this was very disappointing. The issue seems to be a lack of understanding of how a proper milkshake should be made.

Ordered from Uber Eats and the brownies arrived with mould on them. Please be cautious when ordering from this place. It used to be good, but the quality has really dropped.

It's edible. It's not the first choice I'd have if I had to get dessert, but what they give isn't the greatest. Their selection doesn't even have vanilla, the literal most basic and universally supplied flavor, and they removed half their entire selection for a frozen yogurt machine when there's better options for it not even the next street over. And even then, their frozen yogurt isn't half good, being stringy and a bit clumpy for my liking. But the worst part is the price. With the yogurt I got (pictured below), it was $4.50 AUD. Which in my opinion is absurd for the size I got out. The jelly bears were also basically welded together, so stuck to the bowl and each other that I had to pry them off with a wooden spoon. Their staff are nice and efficient though, which partially makes up for some of their short-comings. Meh food Okay service Probably won't come for a while

**3 Stars** I recently visited C9 Chocolate and Gelato in Beecroft. The presentation of the desserts was excellent, and there was a large variety of options to choose from. The store was clean and tidy, and the staff was friendly, which added to a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the Mega Sundae. It was much smaller than I anticipated and not very good value for the price. Additionally, my cone and side of chocolate were missing, although these were provided when I asked. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet my expectations. You can see my photos and videos for more details. I probably would not return.
