I’ve dined at Bitton Alexandria several times, and it never disappoints. On our most recent visit, we enjoyed an aperitif before dinner, and—as always—the French food was delicious and beautifully presented. The warm, inviting setting makes every visit enjoyable. I especially love sitting in the courtyard or at the front overlooking the park for a relaxed, chilled vibe. The service is consistently friendly and attentive—special thanks to the restaurant manager and the French waiter who always make the experience feel personal. Consistently great food, wine, and service every time, whether you’re there for brunch or dinner.

Amazing experience at Bitton Alexandria! The food was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was just lovely. The manager, Aurelien, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The wine selection was excellent, and the venue itself is beautiful. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

Revised review from second visit: had a great moules & frites Nov special. Super tender, buttery, and fragrant mussels - not overcooked, well cleaned and no sand. Bitton followed up on my last review and the chef personally explained that it was a supply chain issue with the seafood, which explained why they substituted the food the first time. They then were also kind enough to invite me back and re-experience their restaurant and food. Hence reviewing my star rating based on the refreshed experience. (Keeping here my first post/ experience, which was not ideal but just for context) - “Had the lobster thermidore - a special for October, and had high expectations from all the good reviews. Unfortunately didn’t find the supposed “150g lobster” in the dish, if any at all.. It was rather majorly filled with imitation crab meat… which I don’t ever buy because it’s not even an authentic food ingredient and full of MSG. And the dish is just shredded imitation crab meat baked in a dish with some sauce and cheese. The baguette and service was good, but didn’t really make up for the food. Sadly disappointing.”

We absolutely loved our visit to Bitton Alexandria! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of that French café charm. The food was incredible, we tried the escargot, beef tartare, oysters, steak, prawn baguette, and lamb shank, and every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into everything. The staff were so attentive and friendly, and it’s such a family-friendly spot too, which makes the experience even better. Whether you’re after a relaxed brunch, a date, or a special dinner, Bitton won’t disappoint. Can’t wait to go back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the absolute pleasure of hosting a farewell brunch for one of our beautiful colleagues at this gorgeous French café and restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcomed by the amazing owners, Pete and Lara, who even took the time to give us a grand tour of their stunning space. Our charismatic waiter, Leo, made the experience even more special with his warmth and charm. The food was absolutely delicious, the coffee divine, and the atmosphere truly transported us to France. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience — we’ll definitely be returning as regulars to this beautiful spot! 🇫🇷☕🥐
