The Floating Oyster Wine Bar

As a Hospitality Teacher (being a guest for a change instead of the organiser of events), I thoroughly enjoyed my experience last Saturday night at my friends 60th Birthday. It was sensational and most memorable. THANK YOU to all who delivered such a fabulous experience.

An amazing experience! From the moment the red carpet is rolled out, guests are treated to an experience that is luxurious, unique and uplifting. The quality of the food and service was nothing short of spectacular. Our captain treated us to views of the Hawkesbury River that were simply breathtaking. Everything that was offered by the friendly hosts, Sylvia and Ian, was crafted with special care so that the celebration was a truly magical event. I can wholeheartedly recommend!

My husband and I recently had our wedding on The Floating Oyster, incl. the ceremony and it was fabulous! Sylvia and Ian were great to work with, and at quite short notice, and it was over the Christmas/NY holiday period. They were very accommodating in planning to our needs for the occasion. The staff were great and the food was awesome! The vessel is lovely, there are so many details that you cannot see in photos online, every space has been decorated in what I would call eclectic. We are really looking forward visiting when we are next in Aussie. Sylvia also put us in touch with a local celebrant who was perfectly down to earth (Kate LaMey). We highly recommend The Floating Oyster - it was spot on for us.... I'm jealous its not mine!

Fabulous experience. Thank you Sylvia and team. It was a beautiful evening, wonderful views and the food and wine lists are amazing. What they can produce from their tiny space is quite amazing. We had a fabulous time. I'll be back for the Seafood and Gin float. That pink gin is superb. Liz

What an hidden gem. This was such an amazing experience. The floating bar was lovely, the view stunning, drinks and food delish and the service impeccable. I am definitly coming back.
