Disclaimer: I don't really get driving around in circles. But I know some people do. So here we go. ✔️ Easy to book ✔️ Accommodates groups But it's pricey, in my opinion. $30 for 10 minutes, plus a 'license fee'. Cheaper prices for packages. It's noisy, it smells (petrol), but lots of people love it. The staff on the race track were super friendly, the receptionist wasn't loving her life. 🚻 Clean toilets 🚘 Ample parking

We recently visited Ultimate Karting Sydney with two kids. While the track itself is fine, our experience at the front desk was extremely disappointing. One of our kids has already visited this venue twice before and already had a valid licence on their account. We clearly mentioned this right at the start. Despite this, the lady at the front desk kept giving unreasonable excuses and proceeded to charge us again for a licence that had already been paid for. We even asked her how our child was able to drive here in the past if there was no licence on the account. Her response was again, “I can only say what I see in my system.” That response effectively implies that our child previously drove without a licence, which is clearly not true and very concerning to hear. This was clearly an error on their end, yet she refused to even discuss a refund. The amount is not the main issue — mistakes happen — but what was most disappointing was the lack of accountability, professionalism, or even a basic apology. Customer service matters, especially when dealing with families and kids. Unfortunately, this one incident has left a very poor impression. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this place to others, and I personally won’t be visiting again.

The place has decent vibes and the track is wide, fast, and super fun to race on, whether you're a beginner or a pro. The karts are powerful enough and well-maintained too, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It was my first time here and i definitely enjoyed the experience.

A great activity, enjoyed by kids young and old! We had racers from 15-70 and the laughter was contagious. We booked a private party and from check in to finish we were looked after. Everything was explained clearly. We look forward to going back.

Kids loved this place... Great birthday venue as well, and they set aside to races especially for the kids. And food is not just the usual canteen food.... It's restaurant quality! Will definitely visit again.
