London Street Botanical Gardens

Dog access unknown

Updated 15 Apr 2026

London Street Botanical Gardens is a park in Enmore. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed.

Dog rules

Inner West Council's "Dog exercise areas" page states: "By law, dogs must be on a leash in public places unless the area is a designated off-leash area." Inner West Council publishes a list of gazetted off-leash areas; this venue is not on that list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. Amazing garden, the garden is so big that I got lost 5 times. I saw some 🦕 and also some chimpanzees and a whole lot of yeti walking around. Best experience ever. The snowy mountains are cherry on top. I loved the place so much that I want to return there very soon.

A must see Iconic garden of the Inner West! Best Botanical Garden in Sydney IMHO. I here there will be some upgrades going on in 2026. Still worth a visit.

Beautiful, sprawling and well maintained gardens. Plenty of space. Glad we visited only wish we could stay longer next time.

As a recent addition to the neighbourhood, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find this little slice of heaven right outside our doorstep. 10/10 would visit again!

I had what can only be described as a spiritual experience when I visited this spectacular botanical gardens. As my soul left my body, I floated above the garden and gazed upon it’s magnificence. The smell of the jasmine invaded my nostrils and brought me true inner peace. 5 stars
