A very noisy cafe when busy! Coffee is so weak, I feel like I'm having a coffee in Starbucks! Food is nice enough especially if you choose something that is made on the premises rather than the hot food which is more than likely frozen! Overall ok. Bread seems to be popular! Unfortunately no gf options!

Absolutely horrendous service. Had to follow up on a food and coffee order to dine in 3 or 4 times. Wasn’t put through and everything came out completely haphazardly. Then we got attitude for following up on food that took an hour to come out. Appalling. The manager finally came out and was apologetic which I appreciated. But the wait time and general attitude of staff inside was just shocking.

Dropped in for lunch and ordered from the table. It has a boutique feel about it. The food was lovely, albeit my toasted sandwich took longer than expected given the few customers.

Great cream-filled lamington and decent coffee. Liked the beef pie. Not so much the pulled pork toastie with chewy, gristly lumps of pork. The sausage roll was okay. They have their own tomato sauce but it wasn't an improvement on Fountain.
