What people say
It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! Consisting of one of the most amazing views and the outmost, outstanding dog park for the dogos! 100% recommended to come here!
This is more of a connected series of beaches that wrap around Bonna Point Reserve, with distant views of the working harbour parts of Botany Bay, just after Silver Beach. We arrived around low tide, which was a bit of a mistake, as it meant you had to walk quite a distance into the water to achieve a swimmable depth. We’ll know to return around high tide next time to fully appreciate it. It’s still okay though, with loads of free parking, a cute ice cream van in residence and a very cool beach shack cafe called Cook at Kurnell serving breakfast, lunch, cocktails and more just up the road a little. One of the series of beaches is the Kurnell Dog Beach which was going off with canines and their companions all having a marvellous time. Sandcastle building is a bit fraught, with grey sludgy mud flat-style sand sitting under a thin golden surface.
What a wonderful corner of this world !!!! We ended up by mistake here on the day and we liked it so much and that we came the next day with the entire family . So much to see , such a quiet and peaceful beach, that stretches so far that you can not see the ends . There’s a National Park nearby , with lots and lots of beautiful flora and pieces of history . We were amazed to find Captain Cook’s monument , the picturesque views from here are simply not to miss . It’s a must see place if you are travelling to this side of Australia , that’s for sure ! All residents we’ve come across whilst walking are extremely friendly and there are places nearby to have a coffee , fish and chips and more . Simply amazing!!!!!
Best views in this place. You can see whales, dolphins and seals.
a fantastically secluded beach spot polluted with only the locals of the suburb (and also a bunch of seaweed and gorgeous seashells). plenty of people on your usual weekends, though pretty quiet on the weekdays. its a lovely spot for a quiet beach day, to have a picnic, to do whatever you please at a regular beach, without the gaze of a dozen other people.
