Great brunch, with great coffee, in Crows Nest. Consistently good quality and friendly service. Great for a weekend brunch or before work. Quick service even when busy, which it does get during peak times.

We had brunch here on a Sunday and can vouch for their food! We tried the chilli kale salad with haloumi and some other dishes, and were pleasantly impressed by the quality and presentation. I love it when the haloumi is not too salty. The single-o iced oat latte was great as well.

Had a Spanish style baked beans: the scrambled eggs were perfectly prepared (in my experience the best since I used to have scrambled eggs at Bills some time ago), oat latte without sugar was delicious (no subtle bitter taste that many lattes without sugar have). Although tables were almost all taken, service was prompt and efficient. Coffee came after a couple of minutes and dish a few minutes later. I can see why this unassuming laid back place is popular.

Visited for lunch (we used to visit when they had their CrossFit breakfasts but for some reason we hadn’t visited in years). Great matcha, great salmon salad and wonderful brisket sandwich. Massive servings, could have done with a reduction in size. Will come again soon

This new waitress is so lovely! She recommended dishes for me and when she didn’t know the dish she grabbed a work mate to help! I love the French madame coquette it was so delicious ( I swapped the fried egg to scrambled and kept the French sauce on the side to dip chips in 🍟). They also have delicious toasties here too and I tried a bagel for the first time here and it did not disappoint! the bagels are so delicious!! The atmosphere of the cafe is quite lovely, though you get no sun as you have to walk down a few steep steps to get to the cafe. They have really good kids banana milkshakes.
