Really liked the consistency of these avais, very yummy. Good mix of fresh toppings as well. I went with two of the combos they had pre-set, but you can build your own bowls as well. They also have sandwiches and savoury items! Wish there were a couple more seats outside, especially as the weather warms up! Although can always just go to Wendy’a Secret Garden.

Friendly service. Smoothies made to order. The mango passionfruit smoothie was very tasty

The best açaí I’ve tried in Sydney so far! Generous portion and friendly staff!

It was our first time visiting Wendy Whiteleys secret garden. We wanted to grab a bite to eat in the garden so we stopped by Sol Bowl and both got the smashed avo - it was so fresh and delicious! We both thought the bread was amazing, not sure what it was but it just went so perfectly with everything. So much flavour. Thank you!

I’ve wanted to try Sol since it opened, and I finally got to try it! I got the Junior Açaí and added peanut butter—what an actual bargain for such a big size açaí. I’m so happy with it! I think they’ve just changed the opening hours too, so they’re open until 8:30 some days, which is so good. You can’t really get a good açaí around this area, so this is really, really good. I’ll definitely be back to try the porridge and the salmon toastie.
