A fantastic place for families and children of all ages. My child has been coming here for years and has made many new friends. The park is located in a friendly neighbourhood, and the area is safe and secure. It has a great variety of equipment that is both safe and enjoyable for kids. Additionally, the park is close to exercise equipment, toilets, and there are two cafes located on the other side of the oval, making it easy to accommodate all visitors' needs. One of the best features of the park is the barbecue, which is located close by. This feature is perfect for families and friends to cook up a delicious meal while the kids play. The park is also next to a basketball court and ping pong table, which allows for easy switching between activities with adults. The park is family-friendly and has lots of shade, which is especially important during the hotter months. The park is surrounded by a friendly neighbourhood, and it's a great place to spend time with family and friends. Overall, I highly recommend this playground to anyone looking for a safe and fun family-friendly park. The area is well-maintained, has a great variety of equipment, and is surrounded by a friendly neighbourhood where kids can make new friends.
I jogged here and used the free gym equipment. It had an enclosed area for those parents with kids also. Not bad for a council provided facility. Water fountain as well if you get thirsty. Large trees for shade. The old oval grandstand has been renovated and newer and cleaner toilets are now in place. Good use of community rate money.
Small playground but with a decent variety of equipment. Wasn’t super busy when I was here, but may have also been due to the weather. Would be nice if it was undercover but overall, it’s really good - good facilities nearby (picnic stuff, bathrooms, seating) and definitely some more exciting playground options like the web/ climbing area!
For me, perfect location to take my nieces, nephews and friends to play. In recent times the park had upgrades and a new amenities block with restrooms, including disabled and baby changing station. Lovely ambience and quiet part of park.
