Dogs are not permitted on Manly Beach at any time. This is a patrolled surf beach (Manly Ocean Beach, North Steyne to South Steyne). NSW companion animal rules prohibit dogs on patrolled surf beaches; Northern Beaches Council does not list this beach as an off-leash or on-leash dog area.
