Bad customer service. She got the order wrong, ok. But when returning to ask for it to be fixed, then removes the item not originally ordered instead of making a fresh one and third time in I had to buy another to get a fresh one consisting of what was originally ordered. You wouldn't expect something like this to be the case in this town but obviously not. Rating below 1 star and never again. My husband also wouldn't have ordered bacon on mine as I don't eat it as pork is not ethically slaughtered so no questions regarding what was ordered.
Came here for breakfast, ordered pancakes which were bland. I noticed the owner wasn’t there and she put her daughters in charge. Don’t put them in charge if they don’t know how to cook.
To coin a phrase- we are foundational customers- since the cafe’s beginning. Everything about it is great, as we sit here we see others in conversations and laughter. Good coffee ( a must) good food and a relaxed atmosphere- that’s the hallmark of a good shop.
I might regret this but I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Pineapple doughnuts. The one doughnut I crave and can never find is sold here, just like when I was a kid. Fantastic Now that's out of the way , this is such a beautiful spot to sit, inside or out and watch the world go by with a cup of coffee, which is amazing, or with a plate of bacon and eggs, or anything else you fancy. They have a fabulous menu. Not overpriced, and the staff are extremely accommodating. I recommend,
