Royal Hotel Granville

Horrible experience here, you are not welcomed and the short old lady had a staring problem as well as the staff, not a great atmosphere here, the staff will stare at you as if you are doing something wrong. Only one staff member was nice out of everyone else working there. No enthusiasm at all and it made me feel uncomfortable.

Haven’t seen anywhere while normal sitting area is closed and smoking area open, Even though sequrity gard having a smoke while on shift and carrying very bad attitude while forgetting he is on shift, I get it pub is located in Granville but doesn’t mean all the coustomer will be bad or smokers.

Absolute terrible customer service from the bouncer and bartender. We just wanted to have drinks while having a game of pool. They first agreed to let us in and all of sudden said that we arent allowed to stay there but to stay only at smoking area (we are none smokers). This is not just terrible customer service but also losing business of a group of eight people. Shame

NICE PUB 🍻... SLIPPED IN THERE ACCIDENTALLY ON WAY FOR HAIR CUT ... MODERN GAMING AERA complimentary soft drink tea coffee n so on .. ITS ON MY MUST DO LIST TOO HAVE A CRACK AT THE FREE 🎱 POOL NIGHT. 😲👍

I have to say we just happened to have a few drinks at this place while we killed some time for a wedding reception and let me tell you customer service was amazing the staff were incredible and looked after us very well. This pub has now earned my full respect and it's an awesome place to spend time with the lads. The manager Jay was outstanding and it's a pleasure and also refreshing to have customer service as Jay did. I give this pub 5 star for customer service 5 star for location and 5 star for all the staff.
