Rosehill Hotel is a pub in Granville. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed. It's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 150m away, Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.

⭐ 0/5 – Worst Hotel Experience of My Life This property is not suitable for families, especially those travelling with children. I am genuinely shocked that this hotel is approved and listed on Wotif. The entire place lacks basic hygiene. There is a constant cigarette smell, mixed with a strong toilet odour throughout the building, including the staircase. The toilets are shared, which was not clearly mentioned, and the condition of the facilities is unacceptable. The room itself feels like a tiny converted storage space, with no fan, poor ventilation, and an overall environment that is not fit for guests. The photos shown online are completely misleading and do not match the actual condition of the property. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The charge of $115 is unreasonable; based on the condition, the room is not worth more than $20. I strongly recommend that reviews and removes this listing to prevent other families from having the same experience.

Room was dirty.. tv did not work and there was a ticking noise throughout the night. The communal toilets were dirty Maybe this is what to be expected for $120 per night? The staff were very friendly. The best part of the stay

I’ve stayed here before and always loved the great location and value, but this time the customer service from staff member Poonam was really disappointing. she needs better training on how to speak and behave politely. I hope it improves by my next visit, as it used to be much better.

Don't recommend this place. Walked in could find any staff. We walked around an eventualy found one. Ordered two beers on happy hour(4pm start) at 4.10 and told only members get happy hour and only a 10% discount.Tried to join as a member, register and QR code to join not working properly All told we were in there 20 minutes before we got a beer. Staff didn't know how to fix anything. Just moved into the area and won't come back here. There is more atmosphere on Mars! The other pubs in Granville are so much better than this sad place.

Absolutely awful. This place should not be operating as a hotel. The room had no water service and was extremely noisy because it’s right next to a highway. I complained and asked to change rooms, but it made no difference at all. After 3:30 am, the entire building started producing unbearable noise, likely from the hotel’s laundry or machinery. From that point on, sleeping was completely impossible. This was not bad luck — after checking the reviews, it’s clear most guests are unhappy and report the same problems. The hotel is fully aware of these issues and still takes people’s money without fixing anything. I paid for a night’s rest and got none. I spent my money for absolutely nothing and left exhausted and frustrated. This was a disgraceful experience, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place at all costs. Manoj Yonzan ( Guest )
