I celebrated my birthday here, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. Such a beautiful location, a great vibe, good music, delicious food, and amazing scenery. Big thanks to Joe and Tatiana for all their help coordinating everything for the celebration. And a special shout-out to Tatiana for making my beautiful cake! It was both delicious and gorgeous! It was a truly memorable and fun evening.

What can I say about this place…sunset in the vines at Calais Estate. Tantalising taste sensations from the passionate chefs. A few cold beverages. Friendly faces everywhere, even a few stalls. Live music which made me certain I was in the right place. Did I mention the skill and thought that made the food amazing? Thank Entwine for a night to remember. Best kept secret in the Hunter Valley right now! Not to be missed if your staying in the valley!
