On our way home from Lithgow, we stumbled upon an incredible woodfired pizza restaurant. The Florence pizza was cooked to perfection, reminiscent of Italy, and the dessert pizza was equally impressive. Despite being extremely busy over the long weekend, they managed to accommodate us. The friendly and helpful Colombian staff made our experience truly enjoyable.

Alchemy Woodfire Pizza is a must when visiting Little Hartley! We make sure to visit for lunch or dinner whenever we’re out that way! Sitting outside for the fabulous view makes truly makes the atmosphere exquisite! The Garlic Cheese, The Hartley and Florence are our go tos for a good variety of flavours! Would have gotten a picture of the Garlic Cheese but we dug in before I got the chance!

Love this place, worth timing your road trip so when you have a meal stop here. (We generally call up and order when we are about 39 minutes away 😉). Great staff and consistently fantastic pizzas (meat lovers... good for The Hartley 😋).
