Newly renovated playground since July 2023. Has an epic climbing frame dome, two swings, seesaw, cubby house, small balancing log set up surrounded by a scooter track under dappled sunlight. Lots of grassed, open areas with benches, a bubbler and easy street parking. A great local option.
It's really nice and very close to everything. A lot of shade but sunny spots too. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 more tables but oh well. Very relaxing
Small green space sandwiched between residential houses, with many large trees for dappled sunshine ✅ Playground ✅ One bench with a table in between and one no-table bench ✅ Lots of large tall well-spaced trees, creates a really nice window of sunshine between the leaves ✅ Heaps of space for picnics in dappled sunshine ✅ Lots of birdsong! ✅ Small dirt area at the back that you can ride a bike over the bumps - looks pre fun ❌ Sloping ground that can be quite hard even though its grassy (good but not ideal for picnics) ❌ No toilets ❌ No drinking water facilities ❌ No ponds or water features ❌ No nearby cafes ❌ Residential house overlooking back part of park with private driveway off to the side ❌ Bush turkey that walks around looking for food - could also be a positive if you like bush turkeys! 🦃
Engaging park for over four-year-olds great climbing frame something to spin on with water and a rubbish bin. Picnic table and picnic platform lots of trees for fun games.
The playground itself really needs a replacement, it’s rusted and really not so safe for kids to play on. The green space is nice behind it and some picnic tables are there as well.
