Had the steak sandwich and Mrs had poached egg in Italian sauce , both very tasty , staff pleasant & dog friendly
Absolutely horrible and the owners more concerned about his fruit platters then fixing the wrongs his staff make . Still waiting for a refund for a bunch of random tarts they sent instead of what I had purchased. I recommend him getting some kind of mental help on the asap ! Offering to fight customers because of your bruised ego .
I was expecting this to be an epic pie. After trolling their socials and multiple reviews. Unfortunately it was an average pie. I'm not a hater, just honest. I got the chunky steak, there was no chunk, and mostly gravy. Flavor was ok, but a little blank. Top was flakey, though, the bottom was soft/sloppy and barely held together. Not what I was expecting, or hoping for unfortunately.
Luddenham Village Cafe, NSW Beef, jalapeño and cheese $7.50. Puff pastry all round, easy one hander. Quality mince filling with a nice hum of chilli. Cheese undetectable. Pastry is light, buttery, flaky. Very flavoursome and nicely seasoned. I did want to try their new brisket pie, but none left. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly. Quick service, with a smile! 8/10 - no cheese & very messy (I was covered in pastry flakes 🤣🤣). Delicious!
Had such a great brekkie this morning – Anne Marie was honestly the best! Super friendly, made us feel really looked after, and just had such a good vibe about her. Food came out quick and everything was spot on. You can tell she loves what she does, and it made the whole morning even better. Thanks so much, Anne Marie!
