This used to be the best acai spot before their renovations. Now the staff won’t even serve you if you look their way, the one with the hijab especially looked so bothered that i was even standing in line. The quality of the acai has also gone downhill just like their customer service skills, it’s really sad to see as i’m a really huge fan of this place. If you have extra money to spare maybe instead use it for some insect repellent as there was so many flies in the store and all over the food section. Hopefully this message comes across as feedback to ensure your staff really understands that customers are here to support your business and will no tolerate being discriminated against This kind of attitude is not how you bring more customers, i will be telling all my friends to not come here anymore as the experience now is too disappointing. Seeing all the other reviews too i’m shocked why there’s been no improvement in the attitude of your staff. Good luck 👍🏼
I have been here for more than 2 years. Its my go to place for acai and coffee but since they renovated the shop and the new workers its not the same anymore unfortunately, the girl that makes acai is rude doesn't know how to talk to customers before they're were lots of sauce top and bottom. My order was ready she didn't even called my order. So the owner if your reading these please bring back the old workers. God bless
Easily the best grilled chicken roll (or chicken sando!) I’ve ever had — and at an absolute bargain price. Juicy chicken, perfect seasoning, fresh bread… can’t beat it. Their coffee is spot on too, which is rare to find at a place that also nails the food. If you work or live in the area, do yourself a favour and grab lunch here. Great value, great service, great feed. My new go-to spot!
5/5 for the shop and all staff except the young lady without a hijab work at night today (22/9). She didn’t call us when the order was ready even though we were sitting right in front of the serving area for a long time. Every time she makes the acai, it looks careless — messy, tilted, very little sauce. My sister and I have been coming here for a long time, always happy and enjoying but whenever she is the one preparing our order, it feels like a waste of money. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had bad service and rude from her. P/s: need to ask for extra sauce for the acai in photo
The Acai here truly Is unbeatable! From flavour to texture, it’s a masterclass. Service is generally good but communication could be better when they have run out of stock
