Good Fella Coffee

Pictured: Latte, pork and chorizo sausage roll. Do yourself a favour and get the latter, if you can eat pork. Delicious. Even the tomato relish accompanying it is finger-licking good. I was there with baby in pram and the outdoor area is spacious and covered. I would have liked the chairs to have backs, but that is minor. Coffee is good too, but a friend tells me to get their filter or batch brews. Will come again!

Love your coffee and pastries. Ordered takeaway. Asked for extra hot coffee which was made instantly. However waited 15 minutes for the bagel. Felt it could have been communicated when ordering or delaying brewing coffee until order ready!! 😢

I genuinely love this place — it’s my everyday coffee spot and most of the staff are absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere is great, and I usually have a wonderful experience here. However, I feel I need to share some feedback about one recurring issue. There is one particular staff member who often makes my coffee, and unfortunately, whenever she prepares my order, it consistently comes out incorrect. I completely understand that mistakes happen — that’s not the problem at all. I’m very easygoing about mix-ups. What really disappoints me is the response when I politely point out the mistake. Instead of having a constructive conversation or asking how to fix it, I’ve felt blamed and met with rudeness, with no real effort to make it right. The tone she uses comes across as dismissive and rude, which makes the interaction uncomfortable. That’s the part that’s frustrating. I’m sharing this because I truly enjoy this café and want to keep coming back…I just hope customer concerns can be handled a bit more professionally in the future

There are several coffee shops in B-V - whilst I havnt tried them all - Good Fella is outstanding. Very rarely they have both batch brew and a V60 set up. Baristas know what they are on about. Friendly service and a good range of food too!

Very disappointed, the plating and presentation for the price was not it. Everything is a bagel apart from a few things on the menu. The coffee although nice enough and palatable is not strong. Lovely atmosphere for study a few seats outside for family’s and pets. The “ bruschetta” was not a bruschetta just diced mixed tomato’s very disappointing. The reuben sandwich definitely had 80% jar condiments was hoping for the price they’ll at least pickle their own Sauerkraut or pickles.
