Cumberland City Council's Companion Animals Policy states dogs must be under effective control and on a leash in all public places except designated off-leash parks. Grassed park with children’s playground and couple of bench seats. Only shade from the gum trees. Accessible from Irwin Place and Fullagar Rd, though no footpath.
