What people say
Stock standard workers pub with relaxed atmosphere and plenty of outdoor seating. Beer is cold. Only small issue is the noise of traffic when outside. Staff were polite and friendly.
For quality and price were average. Service was about the same. Atmosphere takes a hit when you have the regulars drunk enough at 4pm they are just constantly getting yelling so loud you can hear them from anywhere in the venue. And the main exit to the carpark is through a smoking area. That isn't signposted.
We been coming here for 20 years and Sue has always looked after us also Cindy and Tiarna are all ways lovely 😊. We all ways found the food to be very tasty and good value.
We were booked in for 2.30 lunch. On arrival advised the kitchen closes at 2.30. Kitchen staff stayed and did our work lunch. Awesome service and food. A1 service from the staff there, a special shout out to the chefs. Thank you so much for taking the extra time for us . A relaxed atmosphere, not loud and we were in a relaxed environment. Highly recommended. The food was A1.
It was my first time visiting this venue today. I ordered the stake, and it was so good. I loved it. My highlight was my French martini, which Noah made so well. The bar staff exhibited excellent customer service. The tavern was so spacious. I would definitely recommend it.
