What a fantastic find! When we arrived in Dubbo, we searched “Brewery,” and One to Two Brewing Co was the closest. Lucky for us, we decided to head straight there. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking, which is always a bonus. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the inviting setup—spacious indoor seating with a bright, open atmosphere, and a lovely outdoor area to match. At the bar, there were 6 or 7 beers on tap, offering a great variety for all tastes. I started with the Kolsch, a crisp and light option to kick things off. Shortly after, the food arrived—a tasting platter and a mushroom and ricotta pizza. Both dishes blew us away with their exceptional quality and value. The tasting platter was beautifully presented and packed with flavour, while the pizza was a standout with its perfectly balanced toppings. Next, I moved on to the XPA, which at only 3.5% was the best low-alcohol XPA I’ve ever tasted. The flavour was so full and well-rounded—it didn’t compromise on quality in the slightest. To finish, I tried the Oat Cream, and it ended up being my favourite beer of the day. Smooth, creamy, and packed with character, it was a perfect way to round off the visit. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. One to Two Brewing Co is now a must-visit for me on any future road trips through Central West NSW. Hopefully, by next year, they’ll be featured in my Craft Beer Passport too!
What a great find! We stopped in Dubbo on our drive from Melbourne to Brisbane, popped into One or Two for a drink and met Gaz and Phil, two of the owners/founders. Great beer and a great pizza. We also had a tasing of Phil's excellent gin and fell in love with the grapefruit gin - so good with tonic (try popping a basil leaf in the mix too)! Grabbed a few tinnies and a bottle of gin. It was all so good that we decided to pop in on our way back to Melbourne. It was nearly closing time, but they kept the kitchen open and we were greeted with open arms. We had a taste of Phil's amazing limoncello spritz and are excited that they are bringing on an orangecello, which promises to be amazing! Had a great chat with Chris one of the other owners. The team at One or Two brewing clearly just love what they are doing, and this spills over into a first-rate experience - we'll be heading back there later in the year and are looking forward to it already!
What can I say except it was an absolute pleasure joining the good folks at One or Two Brewing for a beveragino. Drinks were delicious, vibes were high and people friendly. Got to speak to one of the founders who was a top bloke. Can't wait to come back again, thanks heaps
Gary was super warm and affable in welcoming us as we were visiting our friend in Dubbo. I don’t drink beer but I can say the pizza and the tasting platter were delicious. Vibes were great and we enjoyed a game of Scrabble in the sunset.
Highly recommend One or Two Brewing Co! Great variety of delicious beers, the best customer service, yummy food and an excellent atmosphere. Really enjoyed our chat with owner Gaz as well as the great hospitality shown to us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. A big thank you also for assuring us in regards to having a peanut allergy. If we lived in Dubbo we would definitely be regulars!
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
