Commercial Hotel

Fa fantastic views from upstairs verandah. Nice well-designed bar, very friendly staff. Reasonable range of beers and good range of soft drinks.

The Commercial Hotel seems like a place that’s seen better days. It has a bit of old charm, but the interior could definitely use some attention — it felt a little untidy and tired. We had lunch there over the weekend and decided to sit upstairs on the balcony, which turned out to be the highlight of the visit. The view from there is lovely and gives a nice outlook over the town. The food was okay — not particularly memorable, but decent for the price. Overall, it’s a fair spot for a casual meal if you’re after a relaxed pub setting, but it could really shine again with a bit of care and upkeep.

Today support worker took my daughter for lunch at this hotel. We would like send a huge thank you Laura for her outstanding customer service. Nothing was to much and we were made feel very welcome.

Good meal to finish a busy day. Plenty of local noise in the there being a pub but you didn't have to raise a voice to be heard. Dining off to the side so quiet atmosphere to eat in peace. Food was great with a big choice menu to suit all tastes.

Netty. Was. Here. *Edit* Visited again today; new menu. I chose the Pasta and at $24 I could have bought ALL of the ingredients and made a whole batch at home for less. 🤔 *Previous Post* Enjoyed a meal with the family. I had the T-Bone cooked medium rare and was satisfied.
