If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to the Oaks hotel for dinner with our young son. While we were eating they began to close curtains, we asked what was happening and they stated a strip show was on, we asked how we would be able to access their kids games room, they stated we wouldn’t be able to. After we ate we decided to go and sit at their outdoor seating instead, whilst out there I needed to change my sons nappy, I walked inside and spoke to one of the employees who kindly said she would walk me to the change room. Half way to the change room we were stopped by the manager Claire who proceeded to tell me I would not be able to change my son in the disabled/accessible toilet (where their change table is located) as the strippers were getting changed in there and the bathroom was closed. I was shocked. I walked outside and told my partner we would have to leave as there was no where to change my son. My partner went to speak with the manager to see what other options were available, he was told there were no other options and no accommodating bathrooms. They spoke to my partner is a horrible condescending manner and then told us we had to leave the premises. We were disgusted by this, they claim to be an all inclusive, family friendly pub. Not only could we not change our child, but also there is no other accessible toilet in the venue for those who may need it. Disgusting, we won’t ever go back.

Room was very good in terms of facilities and cleanliness. More like you would expect of higher star grade accom. Also attended a great afternoon concert by Simply Bushed, credit to the girls who were tending the show. Top hospitality and personable skills when dealing with patrons.

Stopped in on NYE hoping for a good feed, didn't want to have to resort to maccas. Got 2 lunch specials, on the table in less than 10 minutes, portion size was huge and absolutely delicious. Well dressed salad, perfect seasoning and batter. Beautiful little pub to stop in. Cheers!

Over zealous bar man from an overseas origin ruining our night out after 3 schooners, going for 4th schooner, he said noop. I'm intoxicated he said.. So my party of 4 left. We will NEVER return. So rudely treated by the bar staff, we left in disbelief, went straight to another club that welcomed us with no hesitation because I was NOT intoxicated to begin with. Happy to serve us no problem whatsoever with security guards present.

Very average fod I had lamb cutlets. Deep fried and overcooked. For a premium cut very very poor. Poor selection of shitty wines. One of us got a glass that was definitely off. Great friends and relos made up for it. Wouldn't eat there again. Sorry but true.
