What people say
A little gem of a court Wish the netball ring was also a basketball hoop but a nice concrete court with a hoop and net. No toilet and the water tap was broken so bring your own water!
I’ve been many times but still not closer to finding out who Fred Spurway is. Was park land taken away from him? Donated by him? Or did he die in that park? This park is a reminder that when you die you will be completely forgotten in just a few years. And even if a park is named after yourself— nobody cares, your name has no meaning to anyone.
