Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at the Megalong Valley Tea rooms. I had the bruschetta special and it was one of the best I’ve had. The flavours were perfectly matched and the tomatoes were so fresh and flavourful. My partner had the pot pie which was decadent and juicy and came with fresh salad. We couldn’t visit the tea rooms without having a pot of tea which we couldn’t fault. Well worth the beautiful drive into the Megalong Valley.

A lovely country style tea room cafe. It's in the Megalong valley which has lovely views. Staff all warm and friendly. A good selection food from the menu. Their scones are very tasty. Also their toasties are a good portion. If in the area well worth the drive into the Megalong valley and a stop.

Delicious food and really quaint vibes. Love the farm fresh to table menu! Ingredients definitely have that delicious fresh flavour. We ordered the Ploughmans, 3 Avocado Toasts, the Apple Pie and 2 Scones - all delicious! And the chocolate milkshake - also a winner! We’ll definitely be back

We stopped by Megalong Tea Valley before heading to our BnB, and we’re really glad we did. The drive down into the valley was a bit challenging but fun — and absolutely worth it for the views and atmosphere. We tried the scones, which were fairly standard, but the outdoor setting and relaxed vibes made them really enjoyable. The pot pie was the real standout: packed with vegetables, meat, and flavour, with a perfectly crisp pastry that covered the entire pot. The side salad was fresh and surprisingly flavourful. We also got an iced chocolate, which was beautiful — not too sweet, perfectly balanced, and just really refreshing. Workers were also really nice. Overall, a lovely stop with great food and an even better ambience. I’d definitely come back.

Stunning location, excellent food and service, you couldn’t ask for more. My beloved had the apple pie and gave it 2 thumbs up. We had the scones, nice and light and the perfect size. Special mention for the blackberry jam, not too sweet and the fruit flavour shine through, it’s a little thing but shows the love and attention to detail in the food here.
