What people say
Bureau Park is set back from natural bushland in North Katoomba opposite the primary school. The park has a small dirt/gravel parking area and there is also off street parking. It has 1 covered picnic table and chairs with 3 shelters dotted around the place.Toilets are ok and working. There are swings, slides,a small toddler area with slide and climbing gym and a bigger area with more complex climbing gym and slide.Open field is right next to it where there being cricket games played but mostly its used for off leash dog runs and walking area. Its a lovely quiet area and not too busy.
Nice big open grassed field with a kid's playground at one side. It has got toilets but no idea what they're like because I haven't been to them. There is off street parking (dirt only) but the holes have been filled in so the ground is now even. No under cover areas and no place for picnics.
Open field and good play equipment for kids. Toilet block close by equipment with toilet paper
Park is OK, could be alot more inclusive for people with disabilities given the large amount of space, also would be much better if fenced off from the road. Definitely showing its age
It's a good place 4 the kids to run around but not when it has been raining very muddy so if you take them there when it's been rain hose them down b4 getting home
