I had the homemade scones (with yummy jam and a very generous serving of cream!) and the apple and rhubarb pie w/ ice cream. The coffee is good, the staff were very friendly and the venue itself is calm and comfortable. The staff all chatted with each other and with the regulars - really seemed like everyone was in good spirits and it added to the lovely atmosphere. They also have a bookshelf where they buy ($2) and sell ($4) books, so that was fun to look through as well. They're also dog and child friendly!

Great and relaxed spot for a delicious breakfast. Feels like home when you walk in and are warmly welcomed by staff. One of the only cafes I have found to have a loose leaf chai, it was divine. My husband and I went here twice in one trip because we were so happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend and visit if we come to the blue mountains again!

This place is a hidden gem! 💎 A group of 4 had brunch on a quiet Monday morning. Service was great - very friendly and helpful. There were lots of choices on the menu, including gluten-free, vegan & vegetarian so all in our party were able to get something yummy. The vegan curry pastry was good as were all the meals. The scones looked sooo good, so we'll be returning next at morning tea time! Recommend! 👌🏻

Delicious coffee, homemade baked goodies, and excellent friendly service! We came in out of the freezing rain, right before close, fully expecting to be told the kitchen was already closed and it was takeaway only. However! The ladies were so kind, and really went out of their way to welcome us and feed us. We ordered the vegan curry pasty and giant sausage roll, and were blown away by the lovely presentation when it came out with a colourful dressed salad and homemade relish. Again, even though they were busy closing and cleaning up! It was so so appreciated. Both were tasty, fresh, and the coffee was also really well made and delicious! 11/10 for service and food. We saw lots of yummy cakes in the display we also fancied trying so we’ll definitely be back! Thank you! 🙏❤️☕️

A prime example of a 'country' kitchen. Plenty of take and eat options. An assortment of cakes, hot food, sandwiches and more available. Excellent coffee! Well worth the stop on the way through. Scrambled eggs on toast cooked to perfection. And one of a few toastie choices. If travelling past, a worthy stop.
