What people say
The place is easy to find. Limited parking. Large menu but also the paper the menus were on was pretty gross. Servers are friendly but table service isn't offered. The place has nice deco and heating. Open kitchen, inside and outside seating. The coffee was really good but the food was pretty average. My eggs Benny was also pretty cold. Only hot thing was my eggs. I personally wouldn't recommend.
I had the homemade scones (with yummy jam and a very generous serving of cream!) and the apple and rhubarb pie w/ ice cream. The coffee is good, the staff were very friendly and the venue itself is calm and comfortable. The staff all chatted with each other and with the regulars - really seemed like everyone was in good spirits and it added to the lovely atmosphere. They also have a bookshelf where they buy ($2) and sell ($4) books, so that was fun to look through as well. They're also dog and child friendly!
This place has truly been part of our relationship, we’ve come here for so many of our dates and brunches, and it never disappoints. They have such a great range of gluten-free options, which is a huge plus, and the crepes are hands down our absolute favourite. One thing that really stands out is the staff. Every single time we visit, we’re greeted with smiles. Even for takeaway, they go above and beyond, like today when we ordered scones and they thoughtfully added clotted cream and jam in takeaway containers. Such a great place. We love it every time we come here.
Great and relaxed spot for a delicious breakfast. Feels like home when you walk in and are warmly welcomed by staff. One of the only cafes I have found to have a loose leaf chai, it was divine. My husband and I went here twice in one trip because we were so happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend and visit if we come to the blue mountains again!
This place is a hidden gem! 💎 A group of 4 had brunch on a quiet Monday morning. Service was great - very friendly and helpful. There were lots of choices on the menu, including gluten-free, vegan & vegetarian so all in our party were able to get something yummy. The vegan curry pastry was good as were all the meals. The scones looked sooo good, so we'll be returning next at morning tea time! Recommend! 👌🏻
