Congwong Beach is a dog-friendly beach in La Perouse. You'll find parking nearby, while Frenchmans Bay Reserve is around 400 metres away if your dog still has energy to burn after a swim.
Dog rules
Dogs are welcome on leash. They're not allowed in playgrounds, sports courts, food preparation areas, schools, or wildlife protection areas. Please pick up after your dog and follow signs on site. (Source: Randwick.)

It is always a great beach. Yesterday it wasn’t as crowded as I had expected. Maybe it was a weekday, or that we were a little later in the day. but parking was easy and the beach itself was not too crazy. It was mostly families and quiet people, which it often isn’t in the afternoon. The water was clear and crisp, and plenty of people swimming around. The kids extended a large hole that had been left by a prior visitor. The ice-cream truck in the carpark had the “best milkshake ms 15 had ever had from an ice-cream truck. It was strawberry if you are wondering.
