What people say
Located at 35/50R Endeavour Avenue, La Perouse, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 A really beautiful spot, we always come on a weekday but I imagine it would be very crowded on weekends. The beach is fantastic, beautiful to swim in and good showers to wash yourself off from sand. There’s a very good children’s playground 🛝 area and a BBQ along with a couple of tables to sit at. There’s also an exercise equipment area just past the toilets. There’s also the Boat Shed Restaurant along with Boat Shed to Go for takeaway. A little pricey though. Access to the beach is great. There’s street parking 🅿️ but it can fill quickly, even on a weekday. The walk to the new wharf is wonderful, the wharf itself is fantastic. I am looking forward to the ferries starting. A lot of people were fishing 🎣 off the wharf today, apparently it’s very popular for that. Also the walk up to Bare Island is pretty. The views are amazing. Overall it’s a really lovely spot and would definitely recommend visiting. Thumbs up!!! 👍👍👍

Beautiful spot. Better on weekdays as more quiet. Can swim too.
Nice place for a walk. There is a museum, cafe and several restaurants. There is also a playground. It’s a good place to visit with children or for a date. The restaurants around the area offer a sea view. You need to bring your swimsuits!
Don’t go on weekends or public holidays, go off peak. When it’s not busy this place feels so much more special. Soon, you’ll be able to catch a ferry across Botany Bay to Kurnell. The jetty’s are almost finished.
