What people say
A nice big open space with three ‘sandpits’ for kids to play in. Usually an oval but no sports on during covid so a great place to come and play. Nice bush setting. Unfortunately the toilets are often closed. Quiet spot and easy to social distance, good for ball games. A covered picnic spot.
Tom Hunter Park is a great location for kids to play AFL. The parking is a little rough but that’s ok as you are ther3 for short periods of time.
The park was full with people. Really annoying and breaking the park policy
The circular layout, amphitheatre effect for spectators and aesthetics are superb. Drainage after inundation is reasonable. I haven't been here often enough to comment further about drainage. But maintenance is good.
Nice place with reasonable facilities. Good track and field areas including long jump, discus and shot put.
