Beautiful calm firm beach to walk on. From here you can see West head and the 2 ww2 bunkers across the other side and the western side of barren Joey headland cliffs. Just gorgeous! From the end of the beach you can start the walk up to the lighthouse. I didn’t go because I have bad knees and is a bit steep. Have to pay for parking $8 an hour. I brought my lunch and flask of coffee I can’t afford the prices of the nearby new diner.
Beautiful beach surrounded by lush green plants and trees with beautiful views of the harbour. This beach is not for swimming. There is a trail that you can hike up to the hilltop lighthouse. Views of the palm beach from the top are incredible with harbour on one side and the sea on the other. There are several hanging rocks for gram worthy pictures but take caution. Parking is ridiculously expensive and unjustifiable - $20 for a couple of hours. Perhaps park on the beach road and walk a little extra.
wide beach with great views, also has the track to the Barrenjoey lighthouse!
Great spot for a walk , swim or hike up to the lighthouse
Very chilled out beach. Good to come here when the waves are too big on the Palm Beach Side
