Nice place, very comfortable and pet friendly. Coffee was OK, but the Egg Benedict was a disappointment or a failure. The egg is supposed to be a runny egg style, but it was overcooked. Bacon and Egg Roll was standard. Honestly it is hard to ruin a Bacon and Egg roll. Nice people, but it took half an hour for the 2 dishes. I think the speed was a bit slow, but the chef was working non-stop, so no complaint. Will I come back? Mmm...
Been here twice, left happy both times and would return to try more of their offerings. Staff are lovely, inside is really cute. Outside is also nice but just noisy with the traffic and the vehicles going into the building above. above. Iced Chai Latte and Milo milkshake were lovely, the brownie on the milkshake was the best brownie I've had in ages, which was lovely as just an extra bit of goodness on the milkshake. Caesar wrap and Burger were delicious.
Was such a great experience at your cafe at Emu Plains today. Your big breakfast and coffee was amazing. Best I’ve ever had. Thank you again and I will see you definitely soon.
The last read I was horrific for Finn & co, and definitely not what i experienced today! I must admit when I walked in the staff seemed very young, but the bacon and egg roll I got with their tomato chutney blew my socks off!! It was seriously tasty and so fresh! The thing came out toasty hot, but amazing equally hot across the milk bread, bacon and egg, like delicious hot without tasting burnt. I nearly order a second one, but I was out of time! The coffee was also great again I was shocked by the quality on execution of the food and coffee by a seemingly young team of workers!! Very well done guys
The ambience of the cafe was just average, but the food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the Sir Clive Steak Sandwich — the beef had a strong, unpleasant smell and the sauce was way too heavy. My sister had the Finn’s Caesar Wrap and the Mountain Brekkie — the bacon was undercooked and the ingredients tasted far from fresh. Honestly, this was one of the worst meals we’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place for food at all — maybe just grab a coffee and leave it at that.
