Amazing little coffee shop in Jervis Bay! Had a coffee and breakfast in the sun after a long run, which was really nice. The food was delicious 😋

Morning tea very disappointing. Scone big but weird taste. Jam ok but cream was not cream but cream and marscapone. Not nice taste. Coffee weak.

What an awesome place to be. A had an avo like a local and can highly recommend it. Coffee is delicious with beautiful, beautiful latte art. Just be aware it can be very crowded in peak times (which is another sign you should go there for breakfast or just a coffee)

I held my 60th birthday party at The Local, everything about the event was excellent. Agreeing the menu, drinks and how the evening would run was easy with the team. On the night the variety and quality of the food was outstanding, all guests commented on how good the food was. There was plenty for all guests and nobody went short of a drink. The staff ensured food was regularly served and drinks refreshed. I highly recommend The Local for your event you won’t be disappointed.

It was our first time visiting The Local Jervis Bay, as we are spending our holidays in Jervis Bay, and unfortunately our experience was not the best. The cup in which my coffee was served was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt near the rim where you drink, which raised concerns about hygiene. The overall cleanliness of the place also fell short: tables were dirty, the floor had food scraps, and the air conditioning was dripping water directly onto the table, even falling close to the food. Additionally, the food was brought out without cutlery, and we had to ask for it afterward. We believe the venue has potential, but improvements in hygiene, maintenance, and attention to detail in service would make a significant difference to the customer experience.
