Cambewarra Tea Room is a dog-friendly cafe in Beaumont, where dogs are welcome in the outdoor area.
Dogs welcome on the deck area.
We loved the vibe from this place. Nicest ,friendliest down to earth management. Our first visit and the friendliness was impressive. We had a Devonshire tea. Earl grey tea was delicious. The view was fantastic but unfortunately for us it was a smoggy kind of day. He feeds the native birds from the outside verandah eating area which is lovely. Toilets available right outside the Cafe. Dog friendly too!
Rude staff. The owners don't like cyclist!! They value access for dogs onto their deck area more than cyclist.. Walked in and was scolded by staff for resting out bikes on a locked gage that was out of the way and locked access for dogs ????. We moved bikes. Then we waited at the counter... waited some more ...and had to ring the bell to get service!!! Ordered over priced cake and coffee. Then the grumpy waitress served the wrong coffee and had to go and re make it... Cake tasted like old wedding cake... the atmosphere was thick... not enjoyable at all. It used to be a great place to cycle up the mountain for a coffee but no more.Very disappointed. Im not the only cyclist this had happed too.
Friendly service, great coffee and delicious food with generous portion sizes all enjoyed with excellent views
Honestly, this place was a letdown. When we walked in, there was a strong smell that reminded us of a restroom, which already put us off. The service didn’t get any better after that. The staff wasn’t very friendly, and they even forgot to switch to the lunch menu around noon. We ordered a pot of tea and some fried seafood. Once the food came out, there was basically no service at all — no check-in, no follow-up. When we asked if they could add some hot water to the tea (just hot water, not a new pot), they flat-out refused, and the response felt pretty rude. Overall, between the smell, the attitude, and the lack of service, this just wasn’t a good experience. I wouldn’t come back.
Beautiful location for a delicious breakfast with a stunning view of the valley. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the generous portion sizes left everyone completely satisfied. The onion fritter dish was outstanding, and my daughter absolutely loves their shakes. We love going there again and again, especially with our family. I highly recommend this place.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
