John Berry Reserve is a dog-friendly park where dogs are welcome on lead. You'll find toilets nearby.
Dogs are welcome on-leash at John Berry Reserve, a Shoalhaven City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control in public places throughout the Shoalhaven, except in Council's designated off-leash areas. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas.
Small(ish) park (~8,000m2 = ~2 acres) suburban park. Facilities include: lots of grass; some nice trees; a basketball hoop; swings and a picnic table. No public toilets. There's probably a water tap, but I didn't spot it. Refer to the image of the Park's info panel to see the list of all the things you are not supposed to do...
Nice little park for our 2-year-old twins. Looses 2 stars because it would be nice to have rubbish bins available... I've come a few times and there has been rubbish laying around.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
