Perfect coffee! Quick, easy and friendly service. Their specialty drinks are also incredible. Vanilla cream, iced matcha strawberry (unsweetened or sweetend), all of it is great quality and made with care.

Absolutely love SOAE in Pennant Hills. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm and welcoming — the baristas are genuinely jolly and it instantly puts you in a good mood. They’re friendly, approachable, and you can tell they actually care about getting your order right. The coffee is honestly rave-worthy. It’s consistently smooth, rich, and well-balanced — the kind of cup that makes you pause and go, “Yep… this is a proper coffee.” Even when it’s busy, the quality doesn’t drop, and everything still comes out quickly and done properly. Customer service is another big reason I keep coming back. The team is efficient but never makes you feel rushed, and they handle the morning rush with calm professionalism. Whether you’re grabbing a quick takeaway or staying for a bit, you’re treated really well. Highly recommend SOAE if you’re in the area and want great coffee with genuinely great service.

Perfect place with an incredible atmosphere and great vibes overall. Their extensive matcha menu is genuinely impressive, and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Clare and her team are truly a force to be reckoned with. Highly recommended.💅💯

Very impressed with Soae ☕️ The coffee is excellent and truly distinctive — you can tell a lot of care goes into every cup. What surprised me even more was the French butter, which is absolutely delicious. Simple, high-quality ingredients done right. A lovely spot I’ll definitely come back to.
