Beautiful beach. And there are camping spots as well. The surf was pumping the day I was there as you can see in the pics. The rock pools are beautiful. Definitely worth a look. There is a $8 all day parking fee

Beautiful spot to explore nature and relax. It's just 40-45 minutes drive from Newcastle. Parking fee $8 all day. Machine takes cards and/or coins. Frazer Beach has some rock pools but I couldn't enjoy them the current sea was too strong. Lifeguards patrol the beach from 9 am to 5 pm. I am not sure if they work all year or just summer. Please take your aqua shoes, flip flops or thongs to get through rock pools you won't make it barefoot the paths are full cover sharp rocks.

Discovered Frazer Beach by accident on the way back from Norah Head Lighthouse, and honestly, it’s 100% worth coming back for. The place was surprisingly quiet, with barely any people around. All you can hear is the sound of waves hitting the rocks, which makes it feel really peaceful and a bit hidden. On the way down, there’s a deep, dark green ocean cave right at the entrance 🕳 You can watch the water slowly surge in and out, almost like the ocean is breathing. It’s a little mysterious… and slightly intimidating at the same time. Further down, the beach🏖️ opens up between rocky cliffs🪨 The water colour is incredible, starting from a clear, light green and soft blue near the shore, shifting into a vibrant turquoise, and then gradually turning into deeper blue tones further out. You can spot reef formations both nearby and in the distance, with long underwater lines stretching across the ocean. It almost looks like the sea has been naturally divided into different sections. Calm on the surface, but you can tell it’s much deeper and more powerful underneath. Super clean, raw, and a little surreal, beautiful in a very natural, understated way. Definitely one of those hidden spots that feels both peaceful and a bit wild ✨

A beautiful and quiet beach with powerful waves. We loved this serene beach tucked inside Munmorrah Reserve. There are nice trails to explore and a camping ground in the vicinity.

Great beach in a great location. Beach and water are clean. You will need to pay a couple of coins to get into the area which is a part of the Munmorah State Conservation Area. Car park right next to the beach. There is a camping area as well as some natural "water pools" for little kids. Many times the sea is very rough with strong currents but overall great. The area has few beaches to explore.
