What people say
This is a pretty little beach, with small waves, good for the kids. The fishermen lack decency. Saw 1 catch a pretty big fish , gut it on the beach & throw the guts in the surf, it was pretty disgusting as there were people swimming in the water. The rocks are pretty cool also
A beautiful beach with a lot of natural beauty. Access to this beach is easy with ample parking space and amenities that you definitely need while visiting a beach. The beach was not crowded and we could see families walking along the beach with their kids and dogs. A must visit if you live in Sydney and can easily manage a day trip.
A beautiful tranquil beach. More often than not isolated. U want a nice long quiet walk with white sands n beautiful turquoise clear ocean waves.. then this is the spot for U. Plus n array of beautiful stones of all colours 😀😊🙏
(3.5 stars) Take a short walk down a nondescript sandy path between some houses on Elizabeth Drive, and you’ll find yourself at this little known but wonderful beach, that has some unique characteristics. When our sister-in-law suggested we try it out as it’s always calm, despite it being a kilometre-long, east-facing beach, we didn’t see how that could even be possible. But it turns out it is! Two rocky reefs at either end create a continuous bar that controls wave heights to 50cm max. Freaky. Hargraves Beach is unpatrolled, but given its special powers it doesn’t feel scary at all. The locals use and love it, they’ve even created a Facebook page for it: ‘Hargraves Beach, Noravillle New South Wales’, but even on Xmas Day there was probably less than 30 people spread across its broad expanse. This one’s a keeper for busy beach days, we’ll be back.
A very nice clean beach to visit. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. Clean beach, sand is very soft and fine. Big waves, water was nice and warm👍
