Beautiful, quiet park. A true oasis for the resident ducks who were very friendly. There is some play equipment, some electric BBQs, picnic tables and toilet facilities.
Beautiful clean park with park, pond, ducks, playground and toilets. Felt like a secret hideaway perfect for families with young children or a quiet stroll. There was even a resident chicken!
I am only giving this place 3 stars as the day we went there was filthy hot and I was really that this is a new park and not only do they not have kids slides or proper swings, but they didn't have shade cloths over anything. It was catering for older kids and not for young kids. It is a beautiful spot so they could make it so much better. Such a shame. The park in Rayworth has shade cloths and slides. A much better design.
Lovely large park with some big old fig trees & hundreds planted in recent decades. Decent walk. Lots of birdlife, breedingvolony of spoonbills the highlight - lots of ducks but please don't feed them bread it's no good for them. Pity about the out-of-control exotic vines & other weeds too. Occasionally visitors leave their dog poo or balloon fragments but generally in good condition
Feeding times . They loves oats
