The Valley Brewhouse

Was booked in for dinner. When we got there people were siting at our booked table. Insread of adjing people to move they wanted us to sit some where else. Its not the point we were booked in we should of got the table we wanted. Its the second time we've been there and the second time we have been treated rudely. We are local we should of being treated better. We haven't tried the food as we have left before we could because of the way we were treated. We got to a lot of the resturants in polkolbin this one has been the worse for treatment.

My partner and i visited your establishment yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon at around 345pm, on our way back home after being on holidays for a long period of time. We would like to commend the young lady who served us in the bar, wearing the black jumper, what an absolute delight she is. From the moment we arrived, she was polite, friendly and very welcoming. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, even when we asked her to tend to the fire in the lounge room area. She was more than happy to answer any questions we had about the brewhouse. She served everyone that we saw with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her pleasant nature and beautiful personality, can not go unnoticed. We only wish we got her name. Good staff are hard to come by these days, and this young lady is worth her weight in gold! She is a genuine credit to your business and an absolute asset to your team. Please thank her for us and we hope she will be there again when we return! Thank you again for making our visit a memorable one. Yu Lee

The staff today were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made such a difference to the overall experience. The food came out so quickly as well — we hardly waited even 10 minutes. Everything was enjoyable and the service completely changed our impression from our first visit. Definitely happy we gave it another chance!

Once again Sam & her team were amazing! I can not thank Sam enough for going above & beyond in making sure our daughter & future son in law’s engagement party went off without a hitch. Great venue,great food & great staff. I would highly recommend holding your next function here.

We saw the pretty bad reviews and that actually made us curious, especially as we stayed at the caravan park close by. All in all we weren’t disappointed as previous guests were. The service was super friendly and the dinner we had was good as well. It got served pretty quick. So happy review. I need to admit, that we were there on a Sunday evening, it wasn’t busy at all. Dunno how it is if there is a lot going on. Good luck - keep it up.
