A cozy rainy-day brunch at Bay Brew 🌧️☕ We stumbled upon this charming little café and were instantly drawn in by the warm vibes and the scent of freshly brewed coffee drifting through the air. ✨ Drinks • Almond Mocha • Matcha Latte 🍽️ Food • Wagyu Beef Burger • Salmon & Cream Cheese Focaccia 🪟 The café itself is a gem bright, inviting, and full of natural light. Friendly staff, great service, and an aesthetic that makes you want to stay a little longer. Definitely a place I’ll come back to. Highly recommended for brunch lovers or anyone looking to unwind with a great meal in the heart of Sydney.

The freshness and flavor of the food were outstanding. The focaccia in Sicilian caponata was a revelation remarkably original, maintaining a delightful crispness while the interior stayed soft, complementing the tender and flavorful eggplant perfectly. And the calamari pasta its sauce was bursting with incredible flavor, coating pasta cooked al dente to perfection.

Absolutely mouth watering fried chicken pancake. The flavours of the batter and quality of the chicken will stay with me for a long time. Staff are attentive and the vibe is cute and friendly. I would definitely come back again.

Best fried chicken brunch dishes I've had in Sydney so far!! If you are like me and love a sweet and savory combo, then you MUST try their fried chicken pancakes! That chicken is thigh/leg so it's super juicy! The batter is not too thick, perfectly crispy and paired with the pancakes and maple syrup - bellisimo! My partner is not a sweet & savory person so he opted for the fried chicken burger, and let me tell you . This didn't dispatch either .. Also using chicken thighs for this dish. So interesting and thoughtful, the batter is different to mine, it's a lighter like beer battered texture which worked so well in the burger form. Great coffee and service too!

Absolutely love this café! The food is always delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The service is warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is so inviting – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great meal. Highly recommend!
