What people say
Great place for running, walking, cycling, walking your dog. There's a 2km loop walk and a 1.5km loop walk on opposite ends, concrete path. Very relaxing for this purpose. Recently they closed the area down for cleaning, they stated 2 weeks but it took about 4. The car park area and surrounding walk ways was immaculate for 1 day, then it went back to the typical rubbish randomly scattered across the area. The issue? The council here doesn't seem to believe in garbage bins, they are non existent here, it's no wonder you find litter all over the place. They placed useless seating areas in places no one will sit but basic rubbish bins, nope. Recommended other wise. Regards.
It actually doesn't seem to me a beach with waves , but more like a lake. Too quite. It is a small place to visit. Few benches here and there. Very slippery rocks. So be careful while climbing on the rocks.
Nice place to relax and enjoy your moment not too much crowd in morning to have your peaceful starter of the day... Worth of visit.
