Extremely disappointed in the bruschetta and the presentation was awful. 90% cherry tomatoes, with water down balsamic glaze which made the bread wet, hardly a bruschetta, The smoked salmon toasty however was great value. The bruschetta was put on the menu as “light bites” however it was quite big ( this would have been good although the photo speaks for itself ). Tables were left open and dirty even though it wasn’t busy with 4 floor staff, I think the manger/owner needs to make some changes to ensure good quality service.

I love Simon's Cafe. I get a different meal each time I visit and I'm never disappointed. The friendly service is second to none. I usually arrive early for breakfast with my friends and there are tables available. If you're planning on meeting others at Simon's after 9am, I recommend making a reservation.

Really happy I found this place. Surprisingly it was big and could sit a lot of people inside and outside, with a lot of space between the tables, didn’t feel on-top of the next table at all. Services was amazing, coffee amazing, location is in a cute plaza, away from road almost like an old town sort of vibe. Their menu had a huge variety. They have an option for omelettes where you can choose to have all egg whites. I ordered the omelette with salmon, feta and spinach. it was incredible. Came out steaming and delicious. Would recommend this place for sure and would be back.

Steer clear of the pancakes. Definitely Instagram worthy but that’s it. I tried the Biscoff and mango pancakes. Pancakes came out each about an inch thick, dense and dry. When I went to pay I was told this style of pancake was a “Hawkesbury classic”. Perhaps a description on the menu?

Had breakfast here for Father’s Day. It was very busy and they had put on extra staff to manage the influx, and while they were very polite and friendly they were a little inexperienced. The food was delicious and came out quite quickly. Unfortunately our drinks didn’t arrive until after we had finished our food but I suppose it would be hard to keep up withering demand in a day like this. We’ve been before and this hasn’t happened. Very happy overall and would definitely return.
