Old Butter Factory Cafe

We finally visited The Old Butter Factory in Bellingen this morning for breakfast. The owners are friends of our friends that live in Urunga and I have wanted to visit this beautiful place for years. We all had coffee, (outstanding) and the girls had a berry smoothie and a freshly squeezed juice. The eggs Benedict that we all ordered came out in a timely fashion and did not disappoint. I love the Bangalow Pork products and the bacon 🥓 was delicious. 😋 our daughter especially loved the Hollandaise sauce. The atmosphere and the way it’s decorated is amazing 🤩, we’ll definitely be back. Also a big plus, it’s Pet friendly, as long as your dog is on a lead.

This cafe is located in a historic building and offers exceptional food. It is also dog-friendly, with management providing water mugs for dogs. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner while your dog has access to water. Highly recommended: Grill bara and chips, and open souvlaki.

We stopped in for a light breakfast while travelling. We had two kids with us and they loved this place. There is lots to see and explore. There is a huge kids play area. There are boutique shops to check out and a huge homewares shop called Cargo Lane. Place is busy and bustling. Coffee is fantastic 😍

What a beautiful place! Breakfast wrap was awesome and the coffees so good. This little gem of a place in Bellingen NSW has a fabulous restaurant and a few little artsy shops to wander around. Well done Carl, for putting your dreams into reality for our enjoyment. Dave and Lea Gold Coast

We recently celebrated my mum’s 90th birthday in the function room at The Old Butter Factory, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting — just the right blend of charm and celebration. The food was absolutely amazing and plentiful; every guest commented on how delicious it was! A special thank you to Dan, who was incredibly helpful and personal throughout the planning process. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was taken care of beautifully. Everything we needed was right there — we truly couldn’t have asked for more. It was a wonderful day and a celebration to remember. Highly recommend The Old Butter Factory for any special occasion!
