Bengello Beach
Bengello Beach is a quiet off-leash beach with 24-hour access. The setting feels remote and uncrowded — this isn't a busy suburban beach. There's drinking water, parking, and bins available. It's a peaceful spot for a relaxed beach outing with your dog.
Dog rules
24/7 off-leash from McNee St entrance to Bengello Creek. Dogs must be on lead when horses are on the beach. Dogs prohibited within 300m of the breakwall. Dogs must be under effective control at all times.

What people say
Absolutely amazing 24 hour off leash dog beach (Windsock end). Big waves, which my dog loves. Access through the gravel road closest to the northern end of the runway. Plenty of parking available, no facilities.
Another choice location just south of Tomakin & only 20 or so kms from Batemans Bay . Nice place indeed & the beach goes for miles heading towards Moruya . Decent parking & amenities. Renowned surfing beach due to perfect angular placement according to Damo , the visionary & true local .
I feel like I'm in Khao Lak , just need more beach dogs 😍 My fave nudie swim spot 😋
The best beach on the south Coast. Clean clean water, summer surf patrols, waves & good vibes. Don’t miss this beach! For the best view, pop up to Broulee headland.
