Dogs are not permitted on Turimetta Beach at any time. It is not a Northern Beaches Council designated off-leash dog beach, and dogs are prohibited on the beach. (Source: Northern Beaches Council.)
Awesome place for a light ocean dip. Not patrolled. Steep steps at either end to access the beach, so not really wheelchair/pushchair friendly. Did see families and folks with dogs...
Stunning. Just don't tell anyone because there's usually noone else there ...
Beautiful beach. Abit of a steep walk down from the road. It is also unpatrolled, so be very careful if you're in the surf.
My favourite beach in the Northern Beaches. It’s secluded, not many people go there. Great views from the top. Great for a romantic date, getting a nice swim or catching some waves - depending on the weather. Would not recommend for kids - there’re no flags/lifeguards.
This is one of the most beautiful beaches in Sydney Metropolitan areas for Photography. I have been there multiple times. However the best time to take photos there, in my opinions, are at low tides and in the Early mornings, which I could not make it unfortunately. Hope you could. By the way, There is a caravan park nearby, which is very convenient for interstate visitors. I am Uploading a few photos taken during different days and times, so you could have some impressions of the beach.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
