Great venue! Limited outdoor seating if you have your pup with you, but it was quiet when we went. Venue provided a water bowl for our pooch, and she loved the kids steak meal as her dinner haha! Great food otherwise.

Fantastic food, fantastic staff, difficult QR code ordering experience: Hectic schnitty - but it was hard to order on the QR code on the drink coasters because it seems to be a bit of a dead zone for connectivity - at least in the main bar. I would recommend that code leads to an in house wifi to connect to as a way of ensuring smooth ordering service. It would be cool to have a self serve water station at the main bar. All the staff were absolutely lovely!

Disappointed with the lunch special Thai Salad, we ordered 3 salads with a caesar salad as well and Chicken and Beef add on. The Thai salad came out lacking vitality, it was grey in colour, had soba noodles and spinach, no basil or coriander (?) or fish sauce. The dressing was peanut satay flavour, no mention of this on the menu and no spice. We had to ask for extra dressing & chilli to make it enoyable. There was an attempt to make it "thai-style" with wombok cabbage and cucumber cubes, however it failed deplorably and was more like a liquid-less soup. The chicken Caesar had several pieces of thinly cut chicken strips, again lacking good ingredients, mostly cos lettuce and bacon pieces. The food had no love and missed the mark on matching customer expectations with the food energetics. Sadly I mentioned this to bothanager and chef on the day and it was explained as the Hotel has made its own version of an authentic Thai salad. Sadly we used to enjoy eating here as locals. Disappointed

I never ever leave reviews on places but this has to be the best pub in Australia. I have never experienced such tasty chips in my life! Great selection of drinks and the place is beautiful with really great vibes. I will recommend this pub to everyone I meet.

Had a nice dinner. Wife had barramundi and dumplings and I had the mixed seafood dish with balmain bugs, prawns, scallops, cooked salmon chips and salad for $46. Was quite nice. Sat in outside covered area which was ok.Ordered drinks from the bar and the service was friendly with a smile. They are currently renovating the front outside area of the pub..they also have a couple of pool tables in sports area.
