This is a wonderful cafe on the Eastern Hill in Manly. Loved by locals who know, a very community minded cafe owned and run by Vince. A very eclectic cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, and great coffee. Vince has recently introduced a great breakfast menu.
We managed to find parking on nearby streets. We had big breakfast, good serving size..was enough to be shared between 2 of us. Food is amazing. Customer Service is great. This was my second time at the Cafe..will definately be back again when in the area. Love the cozy atmosphere with antique decorations.
Cute looking café with rustic design good opening times friendly service unfortunately music is horrendous. It smells like frying oil inside and coffee was mediocre. So my a cappuccino instead of flat white, but realised while serving so no problem but then adding it’s also strong after I said, I rather have a flat white cause I drink strong coffee, which makes me question their barista skills and knowledge since they are totally different types of coffee Flat white was too watery way too hot and not what I’m used to from specialty coffee shops. Would not come back - also more expensive than other places.
Really lovely café with great service and atmosphere. I ordered a smoothie today and found it was mostly ice and oat milk, with very little flavour or fruit. It wasn’t what I expected for the price. Everything else about the café was great, but I’d love to see the smoothies made with more fruit so they match the quality of the rest of the experience.
Stopped for a quick coffee on our way back to Manly from North Head (nice sunrise walk by the way). Staff were super friendly, coffee was great and loved the quirky chaos of the place … sat in too many polished concrete places the size of warehouses with two tiny stools - this was cosy and comfortable.
